[ Home ](/en) 2. FAQ FAQ === Welcome to the FAQ page for Camping Lohan, your ideal destination in the beautiful Ardennes. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our facilities, activities and bookings. We hope this information will help you make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. ### Are there sanitary facilities at the campsite? We have 3 sanitary buildings equipped with showers, toilets, and washbasins, which are cleaned daily. In the sanitary facilities in the main building, there is also a tumble dryer and washing machine available. ### Do you offer electrical connections for caravans? We offer 10A electrical connections on all pitches. Don't forget to bring your extension cord. ### What activities are available at the campsite? We organise various activities, such as hiking trips, cycling & mountain bike routes, day trips with the packraft, and themed weekends. There is also a spacious playground, pétanque courts & ping-pong tables available. ### Are pets allowed on the campsite? Dogs are allowed on the campsite, but need to be kept on a leash. You must also always have dog poop bags available. Please note that additional costs apply. The rental accommodations include 1 camping pod XL where 1 dog is allowed. ### Is there a restaurant or shop on the campsite? Both are available. On the other hand, you have Café Lohan, open in low season from Thursday to Sunday, where you can have a drink or a delicious lunch or dinner. There is a small campsite shop in reception, as well as in the coffee house where you can pick up your fresh rolls in the morning. ### Can I BBQ at the campsite? BBQ is allowed at the campsite. It should be at least 50cm off the ground to prevent scorch marks in the grass. ### Is a campfire allowed? If weather conditions (drought) permit, a campfire in a closed fire bowl is permitted. However, this must be at least 50cm from the ground. Ashes must be neatly tidied up. ### Which payment methods do you accept? We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards, and cash. ### Is wifi available at the campsite? There is a free Wi-Fi network around the reception and restaurant for you to use. ### Are there any rules on rest times at the campsite? We operate a silence period from 23:00 to 07:00 to ensure the sleep of all our guests.
